工作內容：

（1）Provide real-time support to trainers during FLEX Learning sessions conducted via Zoom.

（2）Manage and maintain accurate attendance records for all training sessions.

（3）Monitor Zoom chat and respond to participant inquiries promptly.

（4）Guide participants in using Zoom features and offer phone support when needed.

（5）Encourage and assist participants in engaging with in-class activities.

（6）Perform administrative tasks related to FLEX Learning, including data entry and record keeping.

（7）Support physical training sessions by setting up rooms and equipment.

（8）Monitor participant attendance during in-person sessions.

（9）Address participant questions and provide on-site support to trainers.

 

入職要求：

（1）Diploma or above in any discipline.

（2）Experience with Zoom video conferencing and physical room/equipment setup is an advantage.

（3）Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.

（4）Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
