【攝影界大佬請CS】Lomography – Customer Service Officer (Part-time)
（1）Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both over the phone and email.
（2）Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
（3）Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up on any outstanding issues.
（4）Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer service processes.
（5）Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with company products and services, policies, and procedures.
（6）Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
（1）High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
（2）Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
（3）Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
（4）Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
（5）Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
（6）Flexible availability to work part-time.
