Group Strategy & Projects Management Trainee

主要負責同內部業務部門同外部行業參與者工作，以支援HKEX嘅新計劃同平台。Group Strategy & Projects有三個部門：Group Strategy、Project Management 、 the Innovation Lab。工作目標係策劃同執行變革計劃，以提高效率，提高市場透明度，降低運營風險，並鞏固香港交易所嘅國際競爭力同市場地位。

Management Trainee

– Take part in placement rotations across the Group Strategy & Projects Department

– Identify, research and analyse broader market development and its significance to HKEX

– Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and external partners to implement optimal business and technological solutions

– Originate, execute and deliver new initiatives identified within HKEX by developing and using strong project management skills

– Participate in shaping, enhancing and reforming Hong Kong‘s capital market infrastructure

– Rotate across other divisions to build a solid understanding and evaluation of HKEX’s operations wherever the need arises

入職條件

– Be a fresh graduate in 2021, or recent graduate in the last two years with less than 2 years of work experience after graduation

– Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline

– Be on track for, or achieved, minimum 2:1 degree (UK), or 3.5 GPA (Hong Kong or US) or equivalent

– Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in global financial markets

– Have familiarity with the financial services sector of Hong Kong

– Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Technology Graduate Trainee

資訊科技部（ITD）負責香港交易所技術平台安全、可靠、持續運行。 ITD幫助企業抓住行業中技術變革日新月異嘅好處。 ITD正努力確保HKEX嘅核心系統有助於促進提高市場效率，擁抱新技術嘅應用，以提供更好嘅市場經驗，同更具成本效益，另外，探索潛在嘅戰略合作夥伴關係，以開拓金融科技同數據市場嘅新視野。整個ITD有300多名專業人員，支援整個系統基礎架構同運營、應用程序系統、質量保證、安全管理、系統架構、hosting services嘅IT system。

Graduate Trainee

– Gain experience across a wide-variety of different IT functions

– Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and external technology partners to provide optimal business and technological solutions

– Support the project initiation and implementation life-cycle by learning and developing project management and technical skills

– Participate in shaping and enhancing the technology landscape of HKEX

– Gain exposure and keep abreast of new technology development and best-practices in the IT industry

– Develop an understanding of our products and services, business operations, and regulatory and compliance framework

– Partner with senior management, staff at all levels, and professionals in the industry

入職條件

– Be a fresh graduate in 2021, or recent graduate in the last two years with less than 2 years of work experience following graduation

– Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines

– Be on track for, or achieved, minimum 2:1 degree (UK), or 3.5 GPA (Hong Kong or US) or equivalent

Legal, Compliance & Secretarial Services Management Trainee

法律、合規及秘書服務（LCSS）負責提供法律諮詢服務（除由上市公司處理的上市事項外），監督香港交易所嘅合規同秘書服務職能。LCSS分為法律服務部（LSD），法規遵從部（RCD），秘書服務部（SSD），首席運營官辦公室（COO Office）。

Management Trainee

– Support the LCSS team in providing regulatory and compliance advice and assistance across operational matters

– Develop an understanding of key regulatory and compliance risks, and become experienced in identifying them

– Participate in onsite inspections of HKEX by its key regulators

– Contribute to the development of internal compliance policies, procedures and guidelines

– Develop an understanding of and assist in managing HKEX’s compliance framework

– Collaborate with internal teams and act as a gateway with regulators in Hong Kong and internationally

– Participate in a wide-range of projects driven by the COO Office

Markets Management Trainee

Management Trainee

– Support the Markets Division across its various functions and responsibilities, such as the operations of cash and derivatives markets, product development, marketing and management of various projects

– Gain insight into Hong Kong financial market infrastructure, operations & products

– Engage in a diverse spectrum of work such as designing new traded products, consulting with buy-side funds, implementing strategic international projects, and attending exchange industry events

– Contribute to divisional and cross-divisional projects that help to implement HKEX’s strategic initiatives

Post Trade Management Trainee
