工作內容：

（1）Liaise with internal parties to ensure accurate and timely information are collected

（2）Assist in the compilation of regular reports

（3）Collect and build up competitors intelligence in the beauty market through both field and online studies and consolidate findings into qualitative reports

（4）Assist in customer in-store event execution, including material sourcing and delivery arrangements

（5）Conduct data analysis for campaign planning, members’ communications and post campaign review

（6）Collect and build up competitors intelligence in the beauty market through both field and online studies and consolidate findings into qualitative reports

（7）Assist in the logistic, packing and arrangement of products to corresponding agencies and 3rd parties

（8）Provide all-rounded administrative support to the team in tasks such as meetings arrangement

（9）Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

入職要求：

（1）Major in Business or Marketing related disciplines

（2）Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

（3）High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and in various social media platforms

（4）Passionate about beauty

（5）Learn quickly and self-motivated

（6）Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details

（7）Digital Savvy, Self-Motivated with Excellent time management and prioritization skills
