（1）Undergraduates and postgraduates of relevant disciplines to the departments;
（2）Interest and prior exposure in real estate/asset management are a definite advantage;
（3）Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing);
（4）Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset;
（5）Motivated, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
