1. Property Management Team

Work in Management Services Office of commercial or residential properties to provide professional property management services to our customers.

（1）Undergraduates from all disciplines

（2）Outgoing and with good interpersonal skills

（3）5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)

2. Property Handover Team

Work in the construction site to carry out thorough checks for new residential property before handover to owners.

（1）Undergraduates (preferably from building surveying, engineering, construction, architecture)

（2）Detail-minded and with good communication skills

（3）5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)

3. Technical Team

Work in the Management Services Office of commercial or residential properties to provide professional technical services to our customers.

（1）Undergraduates (preferably from mechanical / electrical / building services engineering)

（2）Proactive, responsive and willing to learn

（3）5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)

4. Clubhouse Team

Work in the clubhouse of residential properties to handle customer enquiries, assist in organizing summer events and carry out facilities check.

（1）Matriculation or above

（2）Proactive, enjoy teamwork and with cheerful character

（3）5.5 days per week (alternate week), 9 hours per day (on shift-basis)

5. Landscape Team

Work in the Management Services Office of commercial or residential properties to provide professional services regarding gardens, park and other outdoor landscape maintenance.

（1）Higher Diploma or above (preferably from tree management, arboricultural management)

（2）Love nature and plants, enjoy working outdoor

（3）5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)
