嗱嗱嗱！真文青先好睇啊，因為香港藝術節依家有個internship Programme 啊～自問平時好鐘意睇展啊～睇啲當代藝術表演嘅你，返呢份工一定好開心！internship 為期8個月左右，但工時都幾fixable，都應該可以一邊返學一邊返intern~想知多啲就apply試吓啦！

 

工作內容：

Interns will work closely with the Outreach team on projects including Young Friends, Festival PLUS and other education and outreach projects. Based on the project demands, we offer a six-month or seven-month programme which provide exposure for interns to arts administration and knowledge of operations through practical work and training such as arts education and promotion, and event planning and execution. Interns will be attached to a team for hands-on experience working on assignments and projects under the coaching of supervisors. Supervisors will provide feedback on performance to help interns identify their strengths and potential for future career development.

The team will offer interns full support to facilitate learning throughout the programme. Outstanding interns will be given a reference letter and will be at an advantage should there be vacancies to join the outreach team after graduation.

入職基本要求：

• Basic knowledge of performing arts
• Tertiary students (all majors welcome)
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Experience of event and project management is an advantage
• Familiar with software such as MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of graphic design is an advantage
• Proactive, flexible, creative and capable to learn quickly, and a good team player
• Participants are normally required to work 8 hours per week and minimum 200        hours in total. May need to work outside normal office hours occasionally.
