工作內容：

– Handle the customer’s enquires, e.g. track and trace the orders, status and coordinate with internal parties

– Provide accurate and efficient responses via email, WhatsApp message and phone calls

– Ensure all documents are handled within the timelines

 

入職要求：

– Diploma or above

– 1-2 years working experience in customer relations

– Strong communication skill and good telephone manners

– Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

– Detail-minded, proactive and willing to learn

– Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

– Immediately available preferred
