工作內容：
participate in system requirement gathering, development, testing and/or implementation of new/ upgraded products and technology
collaborate with support team in troubleshooting, monitoring and/or maintenance of software applications
understand the latest technology and how to support wide range of businesses include Front of house operation team like Park, Hotel, F&B, Merchandise, Entertainment, Facility Service, Security and also Back of house team like Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing etc.
able to resolve technical problems and implement solution under appropriate supervision
strengthen the technology and digital skills through day-to-day operations/ support across multiple units in T&D team, assignments include: Business Applications, Server & Network Infrastructure, Project/Program Management, Information Security, Digital Product Management, Web/ Mobile Development and Data Analytic etc.
coordinate T&D team events and networking with different teams
