Pro-Inzight Limited 係一間 based in 香港嘅 production house同時都係event management agency。最近請緊Event / Project Executive Creative Agency。

 

職責

– To create & develop ideas for corporate and branding events

– To be responsible for event projects, from quotation & cost preparation, factory production to on-site operation & dismantling;

– To monitor the event & project schedule;

– To liaise with different parties during project operations;

– To liaise & report with senior team members, daily / weekly go through progress;

 

 

 

 

入職條件

– Diploma / Certificate holder or above;

– Fresh Graduates are welcome; 

– Event execution and project coordination experience will be an advantage;

– Strong interest in Event industry;

– Good in communications skill with both client’s & suppliers

– Good time management;

– Proactive and detail oriented;

– Able to work independently and under pressure;

– Hardworking and being able to adapt to irregular working hours;

– Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
