學生時期要經常寫文，有時vocab重複得多，Professor唔悶，自己都寫到厭啦！既然係咁，點解唔曠闊一下自己嘅詞彙量呢？今次懶人包就同大家分享一啲大家成日會用到嘅vocab，佢哋究竟可以用啲咩字代替呢？記住同身邊嘅朋友仔開心share啊～

 

1.Interesting (adj.) 有趣的 

可代替的單字：

-fascinating (adj.) 迷人的 、極有趣的

例句：

→ He told some interesting tales about his life in India.

→ He told some fascinating tales about his life in India.

 

-captivating (adj.) 令人神魂顛倒的 

例句：

→ The story is an interesting fairy tale.

→ The story is a captivating fairy tale.

 

-intriguing (adj.) 引人入勝的 

例句：

→ This is an interesting question.

→ This is an intriguing question.

 

2.Many/ a lot of (adj.) 很多的 

可代替的單字：

-countless (adj.) 數不盡的 

例句：

→ I’ve heard this song played many times on the radio.

→ I’ve heard this song played countless times on the radio.

 

-numerous (adj.) 大量的 

例句：

→ The report contains many errors.

→ The report contains numerous errors.

 

-sufficient (adj.) 充足的

例句：
→ You should have a lot of time to do the work.

→ You should have sufficient time to do the work.

3.New(adj.)新的 

可代替的單字：

-cutting-edge (adj.) 新潮的

例句：

→ That’s a new design.

→ That’s a cutting-edge design.

 

-state-of-the-art (adj.) 新潮的、先進的

例句：

→ The new Macbook Pro has been launched.

→ The state-of-the-art Macbook Pro has been launched.

 

-updated (adj.) 最新更新的 

例句：

→ There is a new version of the software.

→ There is an updated version of the software. 

 

-up-to-date (adj.) 最近的

例句：

→ Thank you for bringing me new information.

→ Thank you for bringing me up-to-date information.

 

4.Important(adj.) 重要的

可代替的單字：

-Critical (adj.) 至關重要的 

例句：

→ The principal’s support is important to this project.

→ The principal’s support is critical to this project.

 

-Essential (adj.) 必須的 

例句：

→ Water is important to living things.

→ Water is essential to living things.

 

-Major (adj.) 主要的

例句：
→ Japan is an important exporter of cars.

→ Japan is a major exporter of cars.

 

*留意返代替嘅單字只係喺某些情況下符合，唔可以100%完全取代本身嘅單字，記得睇清楚先好用啊！
