工作內容：

（1）Support daily CRM marketing and member engagement activities across our O+O business.

（2）Assist with campaign preparation, UAT/system testing and campaign setup, using a scientific and data-driven approach.

（3）Prepare and check marketing materials, POP and customer communications with a customer-focused mindset.

（4）Support member events, roadshows and promotional activities.

（5）Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaign materials and arrangements.

（6）Provide general administrative and ad hoc marketing support.

 

入職要求：

（1）Strong interest in CRM, retail marketing and customer engagement, with a customer-focused mindset.

（2）Good communication skills in English and Chinese.

（3）Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

（4）Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.

（5）A collaborative mindset and interest in working across Offline + Online customer touchpoints.

（6）Comfortable taking a structured, data-driven approach to tasks and problem-solving.

（7）Previous marketing or internship exposure is a plus, but not required.
