【Sephora請人！！】Sephora Hong Kong Limited－CRM Intern (1 Year Contract)

工作內容：
CRM Gifts and Loyalty Rewards
（1）Support monthly CRM gift allocation and loyalty reward launches.
（2）Assist with gift-with-purchase bundling and maintain simple gift records.
（3）Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth and timely execution.
Basic CRM Reporting
（1）Leveraging the pre-built dashboard to prepare CRM reports, including recruitment report for stores, new store report, member profile report for brands etc.
（2）Basic data mining and analysis using Microsoft excel.
CRM Campaign Support
（1）Assist with setting up CRM offers and creating promotional codes.
（2）Support the preparation and checking of retail campaign materials.
（3）Help with general campaign coordination and follow-up.
CRM Event Support
（1）Join brainstorming and help prepare event materials and information.
（2）Support event set-up, registration, gift preparation and on-site activities.
General Team Support
（1）Keep trackers and working files organised.
Support other CRM tasks and projects as assigned.
工作要求:
（1）You are currently studying, or have recently completed, a Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
（2）You are available to work at least 3 days per week for 1 year.
（3）You are organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
（4）You are proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and have basic Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
（5）You have good written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese is preferred.
（6）You are willing to learn, work well with others and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
