工作內容：

（1）Participate in planned rotations across major operational departments to build broad business and operational understanding.

（2）Execute day‑to‑day operational activities to ensure smooth workflows, service quality and operational efficiency.

（3）Assist in handling customer, partner and internal stakeholder enquiries, ensuring timely coordination and communication across departments.

（4）Contribute to operational documentation, reporting, process execution and departmental support tasks.

（5）Participate in business improvement initiatives and support management on assigned projects and ad‑hoc duties.

（6）Build strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams and contribute to a safe, efficient and customer‑focused operating environment.

 

入職要求：

（1）Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.

（2）Strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in developing a long-term professional career within aviation support services, including in-flight catering, air cargo operations, ground handling, and/or laundry services.

（3）Fresh graduates with less than 2 years’ working experience will also be considered.

（4）Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and operational environments.

（5）Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with a positive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment.

（6）Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

（7）Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese processing, with sound digital literacy and analytical capabilities.

（8）Shift duty is required.
