工作內容：
（1）Tracking the status of purchase orders and collaborating with brand teams to resolve any pending orders or discrepancies in delivered shipments
（2）Coordinating with the warehouse team, providing the necessary information to ensure efficient processing of orders and smooth operation flow
（3）Managing the SKU status of newness products on the e-commerce site for seamless stock auto-replenishment
（4）Assisting in preparing inventory and supply chain-related dashboards to support cross-team collaborations
（5）Assisting in the vendor creation process, including account setup, document verification, and call-back procedure to validate authenticity via phone calls
（6）Supporting report generation and data extraction from SAP and other business systems
（7）Maintaining proper filing and documentation of accounting records
（8）Supporting ad-hoc tasks as per assigned
工作要求:
（1）You are passionate about joining the beauty industry
（2）You have tertiary education in business-related disciplines; specialization in business, finance or supply chain is a plus.
（3）You are organized, diligent, possess strong attention to detail, and are able to follow through to completion.
（4）You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
（5）You have a strong sense of responsibility
（6）You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a collaborative spirit
（7）You have a strong command of spoken and written English
（8）You are proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
（9）You are available to work 3-4 days per week
