一年一度嘅馬會MT又請人啦！馬會MT計劃雖然比較長，為期3年，但只要完成成個programme都有機會直接成為中高層，而且馬會人工相對出面其他工黎講相對較高，所以每年都吸引好多人報名！只要你擁有少於3年工作經驗，就把握呢個千載難逢嘅機會，2025年10月31號前報名啦！

 

工作內容：

The Management Trainee Programme recruits and develops high-potential individuals as future leaders of the Club – young talent who will carry forward the Club’s purpose of working continuously for the betterment of our society.

During our accelerated three-year talent programme, you will:

（1）Gain a deeper understanding of the Club and its unique integrated business model, and learn various aspects of the Club’s operations and management

（2）Acquire job-related skills and knowledge through a wide range of learning and development activities, including formal training and job rotations within and across the business and corporate functions to gain cross-functional experience

（3）Work with senior managers and colleagues on stretch projects contributing to the Club’s business development and its broader impact in society

（4）Contribute innovative ideas and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve processes

（5）Participate in the Club’s community projects

（6）Develop leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

（7）Prepare for a future management position within the organization

 

工作要求:

（1）Fresh graduate or degree holder in any discipline, with less than 3 years working experience.

（2）With proven academic excellence and performance.

（3）Mature, self-confident and independent.

（4）Self-starter, eager and fast to learn.

（5）Enjoys being challenged, comfortable with conflict and change.

（6）Flexible, able to handle a dynamic and fast-paced business setting.

（7）Strong leadership skills and potential.

（8）Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
