工作內容：
（1）Conduct research and analysis on current trends and developments in the fintech sector to ensure our content is relevant and insightful.
（2）Assist with the planning and execution of various programs, including conferences, VIP events, global seminars, and business networking receptions.
（3）Support the preparation and coordination of speaker and VIP invitations, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
（4）Handle logistical arrangements for VIPs and speakers, including scheduling conference briefings and managing travel arrangements (e.g., flight bookings).
（5）Provide administrative support to the Content & Programme Team, including maintaining schedules, preparing materials, and updating databases.
（6）Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop program ideas that attract and engage attendees.
工作要求:
（1）Graduated in BA, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
（2）Willing to learn and deliver beyond what is expected
（3）Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
（4）Outgoing and enjoy meeting new people
（5）Passionate about the technology and the Fintech industry
（6）Basic knowledge of Technology, Fintech, or Financial Industry trends
（7）Confident and with excellent communication and strong coordination skills
（8）Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and manage multiple tasks
（9）Excellent English and Chinese writing skills
（10）Available to work a minimum of 3 full days per week
