工作內容：
Business Reviews and Joint-Business Planning
（1）Pull data and track sales performance on a weekly/monthy basis (vs KPIs and Targets)
（2）Assist Category Managers in execution of the annual brand plan to achieve category goals
（3）Support the consolidation of brand supported activations for key Sephora programs
（4）Support the preparation for brand meetings and market meetings
（5）Brainstorm on exciting ideas and activations to support new brand and product launches
Brand and Assortment Maintenance
（1）Support the database management: SKU creation, data validation & submission
（2）Liaise & co-operate with all departments to ensure strong launch plans & execution omni-channel
（3）Consolidate launch information and calendar shared with internal stakeholders
（4）Tracking of launch performance
（5）Work with Category Managers in developing a relevant and productive assortment for each brand vs productivity benchmarks
（6）Review assortment gaps and opportunities for omni-channel based off sales ambition, category strategies, trends and competition
Brand activities and animations
（1）Support Category Managers in planning and execution of brand activities for omni-channel
（2）Tracking of activities / animation performance and analysis
Stock Management
（1）Support Category Managers and coordinate with Supply chain to ensure deliveries meet launch dates and campaigns
Marketing
（1）Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties to organize and execute events and campaigns.
（2）Monitor event performance and collect feedback for post-event analysis
（3）Develop compelling content for event invitations, promotional materials, and campaign messaging.
（4）Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
工作要求:
（1）You are passionate in joining Beauty industry and keen on learning what’s hot, new and trending in makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrances
（2）You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Merchandising. Candidates who are still studying in the middle of their degree will be considered
（3）You have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
（4）You have strong organization, numerical and analysis skills
（5）You are diligent and results oriented with good attention to detail
（6）You are independent and able to work in a fast paced environment
（7）You are outgoing and proactive, ready for a challenge
（8）You are equipped with excellent command of spoken and written English
（9）You could work for 3-5 full days per week
