工作內容：
CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Representative who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment to join our team. He/she will be representing our brand in the front line, and responsible for delivering the best in-store experience for customers of our stores located in Hong Kong.
（1）Assist customers with product recommendations and demonstrations.
（2）Stay updated on sales, promotions, and product information.
（3）Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
（4）Maintain appealing visual merchandising and organized stock.
（5）Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
（6）Achieve sales targets and support team goals.
（7）Keep the store clean and adhere to company policies.
（8）Attend training and workshops to enhance skills.
工作要求:
（1）High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
（2）Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
（3）Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
（4）Flexible for shift duties across Hong Kong stores.
（5）Familiar with POS systems and basic computer skills.
（6）Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
（7）Proactive, passionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
