工作內容：

（1）assisting in creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from attraction to selection;

（2）aiding in the management of employer branding initiatives across various platforms, including job boards and social media;

（3）participating in the execution of HR initiatives such as job fairs, career expos, and other recruitment events;

（4）contributing to the review and development of HR policies and guidelines, ensuring they are current and effective;

（5）assisting in various HR projects related to staff engagement, process and workflow design, governance, and quality assurance;

（6）staying informed about changes in regulatory requirements and contemporary HR trends to support compliance efforts;

（7）collaborating with team members to assist in the issuance of updated HR policies and guidelines; and

（8）performing any other duties as reasonably directed by the HR team.

 

入職要求：

（1）be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment, unless otherwise specified;

（2）hold a recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline;

（3）have less than 3 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply;

（4）demonstrate a strong interest in developing a career in human resources;

（5）be open-minded and proactive in addressing challenges and finding solutions;

（6）exhibit attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work well in a team;

（7）possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and

（8）be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
