工作內容：

The School is inviting applications for the following position to support the operations of the External Relations Section, School of Business.

Responsibilities: 

（1）Perform administrative tasks such as website updating and coordination with different parties;

（2）Provide support in creating visual content;

（3）Provide support in School events and initiatives;

（4）Compile advertising reports; and

（5）Perform any other duties as assigned.

入職要求：

（1）A recognised bachelor’s degree with some relevant experience;

（2）Good communication and interpersonal skills;

（3）Proficiency in computer applications including Word (Chinese and English), Excel and PowerPoint; and

（4）Good knowledge of design and video editing software will be an advantage.
