工作內容：
（1）Provide support to Performing Arts department, including administrative work, archival keeping, event production and programme-related logistics
（2）Assist in producing a variety of local and international Performing Arts and cross-disciplinary programs which align with and contribute to Tai Kwun’s mission and strategic plan
（3）Work on a wide range of productions, different in scale and nature, including production in early-stage development and operation for the regular, seasonal and partnership programmes
（4）Support other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department
工作要求:
（1）Bachelor Degree in Performing Arts, Arts or Cultural Studies, Arts Administration / Management, Arts Education or related discipline
（2）Minimum 1 year of solid experience in the performing arts and cultural sector
（3）Clear understanding of Tai Kwun’s various venues and an appreciation of suitability of certain types of programming to specific venues in Tai Kwun.
（4）Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills
（5）Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
（6）Flexible in working irregular hours including weekends, evenings, public holidays of festive seasons, as required by the program
