工作內容：

HKTDC’s Executive Trainee Programme is now recruiting high achievers and self-motivated individuals. Our Executive Trainee Programme will offer you:

• – A three-year structured development programme rotating through different marketing streams
• – International and local project experience
• – Sponsorship to learn a foreign language
• – Steps to a challenging and rewarding career

Job Features

• – On the Job Training: Hands-on experience in organising HKTDC’s mega events
• – Job Rotation: Regular rotations to different departments, such as Exhibitions & Digital Business, Merchandise Trade & Innovation and Service Promotion
• – Overseas Assignment: Opportunities to work overseas on specific project assignments
• – Assigned Foreign Language Training: A foreign language will be assigned such as French, German, Japanese, Italian, Korean and Thai etc.
• – Competency-based Training: A wide spectrum of management and competency training ranging from communication, creative thinking to teamwork and project management
• – Mentorship: A mentor who is a senior member of HKTDC to provide ample guidance and support

入職要求：

（1）Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

（2）Strong business acumen with frontline perspective

（3）Proven English and Chinese proficiency

（4）Excellency in communication and presentation

（5）Outgoing personality and ability to learn fast

（6）High initiative and strong will to succeed
