工作內容：

Trainees of the Property Businesses will be offered on-the-job coaching and action learning to support the trainees’ development of management and functional competence.

Host Functions:

－Digital & Technology
－Economic & Property Research
－Office Leasing
－Residential Leasing
－Retail Leasing / Promotions

The Graduate Trainee programme provides trainees with opportunities to gain all-round exposure.

－Sponsorships for further study – Trainees will be fully sponsored to acquire professional qualifications. Full sponsorship will also be available for trainees to pursue a Master Degree.

－Classroom training – Comprehensive training curriculum is tailored for trainees to accelerate their development.

入職要求：

（1）Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

（2）Strong business acumen with frontline perspective

（3）Proven English and Chinese proficiency

（4）Excellency in communication and presentation

（5）Outgoing personality and ability to learn fast

（6）High initiative and strong will to succeed
