職責

– Writing proposals with creative and practical ideas and pitch the potential partners and Clients
– Formulate and carry out promotion strategies for projects with cost-effectiveness;
– Design project logistics and working personnel
– Scientifically schedule and execute projects with progress reports
– Following up with administrative works including word processing, drafting sponsorships proposals and reports, financial reports, etc.
– Communicate with clients, colleagues, and parties involved to make sure projects running smooth
– Assisting other duties that the company or the projects require
 

入職要求

– Degree holder, majoring in languages, social science, management, marketing, communications is preferred, fresh graduates with mature skills will be considered
– Excellent project management, interpersonal and presentation skills
– Multitasking with a detail-oriented mindset, aggressive, able to work independently
– Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
– Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, Premier is a plus
