工作內容：
–Greet visitors and handle front desk / telephone / email enquires
-Assist in the running of a souvenir shop, such as sales, transactions and keeping stock inventory, etc.
-Provide administrative support
-Provide guided tour service and other museum programmes
-Work on roster for 2 to 4 days weekly to cover the opening hours from 11:00 – 20:00 during weekdays
-Sundays and Public Holidays may be part of the rota
入職要求：
-Tertiary education
-Two years of work experience in customer service or retail operations
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
-Proficient in using office desktop tools and applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
