工作內容：
-To support the work of contract activations
-Work closely with front-line units to deliver prestigious & quality services to our customer by providing administrative support in relations to customer file maintenance, handling the license renewal, handling any changes during contract life, handling termination of contracts, etc.
-Handling customers’ enquiries via phone
-Take part in ad hoc projects and assignments
入職要求：
-Undergraduate student or Fresh Graduate in Finance or Business Administrations or related disciplines
-With Financial services or banking industry related working experience is preferred
-Strong sense of accountability with good analytical skills
-Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
-Self-motivated and detail-minded
-Independent as well as a good team player
-Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Basic understanding of Netsols database is a plus
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
