工作內容：

1. Respond and resolve customer inquiries on Decathlon Online Platforms in a professional manner with a customer-centric mindset
2. Maintain the online inquiry handling procedures with a high standard of efficiency and delightment
3. Support on Voice of Customer database maintenance
4. In charge of operation excellence on all customer inquiries and reviews platforms
5. Provide reports and insights to leaders on Omni customer experience improvement based on the voice of the customer

入職要求：

4. Flexible and able to work independently
5. Customer-centric and always find ways to help and say yes

7. Fluency in Cantonese & English. Competency in written Chinese & English is MUST
8. Knowledge in Chinese typing is a plus
9. Strong Data analytical skills with experience in Excel is preferred
10. Keen to learn and work on multiple tasks to contribute to the success of a project
