職責：

– Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including compensation & benefits, staff relations, performance management, etc

– Align with the business units for the staff requisition and assist in recruitment & selection process independently and professionally

– Maintain and update regular HR database

– Assist in report drafting and regular HR assignments

– Participate and organize various employee relations activities

– Manage the offer management & on-boarding process

 

入職要求：

– Self-motivated, possess the ability to take initiative

– Fluency in English and Cantonese

– Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

– Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as a part of a team

– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and other related software

– Relevant experience in Human Resources shall be a plus

– Current undergraduates are welcome

– The candidate with excellent work performance is eligible to be considered as permanent People Operations Coordinator
