工作內容：
-Support the NET-A-PORTER APAC PR Team with day-to-day logistics, administration and press office management
-Co-ordinate the logistics of delivery for press gifts and gift cards
-Handle general administration and housekeeping of relevant files and folders
-Schedule meetings on behalf of the team and assist with press appointment booking
-Assist the team in the promotion of all brands and products carried within fashion and beauty
-Screen-capture and scan daily domestic and international press for print and online coverage on NET-A-PORTER for APAC region
-Assist the team with ad-hoc projects, product launches and events
-Providing support to the team with the network of PR agencies regionally as well as the in-house teams in New York and UK if needed
-Manage product sample call-ins and images requests
-Monitor the weekly coverage overview of the APAC market on an as-it-happens basis
-Compile regular reports
-Assist team with fact-finding, statistics-collating, drafting of quotes and Chinese translation of press releases
-Update database management of press lists, new venues, vendors and PRs
入職要求：
-University student who is major in marketing/ communications/ journalism or related discipline with solid intern/ summer job experience in the fashion/ beauty industry is preferable
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese-input method is a must
-Excellent work ethos and good timekeeping
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-A detail-oriented, confident person as well as a proactive team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skill, who can be pro-active and personable with media and bloggers alike
-A dynamic individual who is savvy, connected, ideas driven and articulate with ability to problem solve and interpret fashion trends-
-A mature professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks on their feet, works well with a team and uses initiative, and provide quick and flexible responses and work under pressure
