工作內容：

  1. Gain full understanding of headhunting / recruitment by providing full process assistance to recruitment and business services teams
  2. Assist with candidate database management
  3. Assist with candidate search / headhunting
  4. Assist with interview & selection process for candidates, manage the internal information resources
  5. Develop Business Development skills through warm calls and client meetings

 

入職要求：

  1. Degree holder of any discipline or in the progress
  2. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to interact with people of all levels
  3. Outgoing, ambitious, self-motivated, energetic, team player who enjoys having fun
  4. Able to work in fast paced environment
  5. Previous sales / telemarketing / customer service experience would be a plus
  6. Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply!
