–This role is to assist Administration Manager to perform a full spectrum of administrative duties for the office and warehouse in Hong Kong in order to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
-Handle office supplies and ordering.
-Perform regular checks and ensure all office fixtures and facilities are in good condition.
-Coordinate with suppliers or maintenance teams for repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
-Liaise with suppliers for telephone line activation and deactivation for new joiners.
-Update telephone directory for new joiners or leavers.
-Assist in a room set up for special purposes or meetings, e.g. projector or AV equipment setup, conference call equipment, etc.
-Support all the matters relating to annual staff events and staff relation programs.
-Provide support to reception as required.
-Perform documents filing
-Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
-Diploma or above with 1-year experience in office administration, preferable from Retail industry/ Sizable organization
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Polite, detailed-minded, responsible, and self-motivated
-Capable to handle multi-tasks and comfortable interact with people at all levels
